Every customer receives a warm welcome from us. The first person to work with you is your Sales manager. They tell you everything about product features and functionality, help you install a free trial as well as the licensed product – no extra installation fee! You can chat with your Sales manager, talk over the phone and create tickets in the helpdesk system.

When you are a licensed user of the script, you are assigned to a personal Support manager. Your support manager is here to tend to all your needs. They can also make a fresh installation of the product updates for you. We aim to give replies in our helpdesk system as fast as possible, within no longer than 24 hours on weekdays. You have the opportunity to acquire Premium support which includes Live Chat and Calls sessions during the Premium support period. Premium support service provides a more prompt assistance and faster communications.
